OASES

OASES – Organization for the Advancement and Support of Emergency Systems – is a global health research and implementation initiative dedicated to strengthening emergency care in remote and underserved areas, where access to timely, quality healthcare is limited by a shortage of facilities and trained providers.

We design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement interventions, training programs, and digital tools that support frontline clinicians in the timely recognition and treatment of acute illness and injury.

Active in Northern Uganda since 2024, OASES is developed in collaboration with the University of Milano-Bicocca.
